Transactional messages. We send emails about your account, orders, invoices, shipping, and support tickets. If you give us a mobile number for order updates, we may also send these by text. Transactional messages are part of the service and are not marketing.
Marketing email. We send marketing email only if you opt in. Opting in is never a condition of purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we process unsubscribes promptly.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we collected it. For example, we typically keep order, invoice, and payment records for several years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
